Over the summer and into the fall we have stressed flexible schedules, sign-on and referral bonuses and in October we had an open enrollment for those of you interested in our medical and dental benefits. You deserve the best and we are doing what we can to make sure we are providing you a positive work experience.

In 2016 we started offering direct deposit and in 2017 we will be offering pay cards. Open enrollment for the 401k plan is January 1st. We are also expanding our home healthcare services in 2017 so we can help those in need with Senior Care, Respite Care, Disability Care, New and Expectant Mothers and Recuperative Care. Are we going to have a white Christmas this year? The holidays are a busy time and nurses need flexible work options. RN’s, LPN’s and nurse aides want some flexibility in their schedules. Why pick up extra shifts? Here are a few reasons:

Flexible Scheduling

Having a flexible schedule is one of the top reasons nurses and nurse aides work with us! You create your own schedule and only accept the shifts you want. We work around your commitments such as school schedules, family commitments and other activities that you like to participate in. Make sure that you are in touch with your staffing coordinator and that they have your latest availability. We want to put together a schedule that works best for you.

Facility options

You can select the facilities and the shifts you want to work and how far you are willing to travel. Do you need to be close to home one day but are able to travel a bit further to a facility you really like the next. We will do our best to accommodate this request. During the holidays most people are very busy as they juggle their schedules. We do what we can to help you have a stress free holiday season with family and friends.

Additional Income

Another benefit of picking up extra shifts during the holidays is the ability to earn extra income. The holidays can get expensive so a little extra money in your pocket to buy presents and stocking stuffers can help with additional expenses. Most assignments offer a competitive hourly rate and, depending on the position, other employment benefits.
